Your logic has allways escaped me. The Cobra is the most saught after(by noobs especially) asset in the game? Do you ever use the comm's, ie "get in", probably not, because you've stated before that you don't pickup people you don't know. So in fact, regardless if anyone wants to get in the chopper, unless you know them you don't pick them up. But yet you call yourself a Team Player because you are efficent as a solo pilot... :hmm:. What is your ingame nic, because Sloi didn't work at game-monitor?

Answer to your first question: regardless of its status in-game, I personally choose servers with a moderate amount of players to ensure high vehicle availability. The fact that something is generally sought after does not imply that such is always the case...

I don't usually need help, so you won't hear such a request coming from me unless I require assistance. When I go repair, I hardly ever see anyone there and even in those cases where I do, they don't ask for a ride. Again, I choose my servers wisely.

As for me not picking up strangers? That's true: I rarely pick up unknowns, but this doesn't invalidate the abovementioned. I choose my servers wisely and avoid crowded places in order to enjoy flying alone or with a friend on Ventrilo or Teamspeak.

As for finding me on Game Monitor, well... I have to be playing for a certain period of time for the system to pick me up in the search. I have been "bullied" lately by people trying to follow me around in an effort to disrupt my experience, so I'm somewhat apprehensive about telling you my in-game name.

It's said how people are like that. That was a great video!! I'm pretty new to BF2, and I learned some good techniques from that! Thanks!! Too bad I can't play online though. I have satellite internet.

EDIT: How the heck do you shoot TV missles from the pilot position???? And man, you're an amazing pilot!! I tried doing those barrel rolls, and I crash every time!!

Well how do you shoot them from the pilot position?

You have to switch seats in order to fire the TV missiles: unless your keys have been bound differently, use F2 and immediately right-click to get in the missile screen, at which point you can fire and aim until you hit any target of your choosing. Just keep in mind that during this time, you are vulnerable, so you must choose your firing time wisely...

OK, m8 i want to know wot is the easiest way to cap a flag like em... lower dam on kubra??? say if u need to cap it in a match or so

In a match in which I have the upper hand, I might just set her down into either opening and switch to gunner for a second or two...
Perhaps not really to contest, but to supress and help cover my infantry...

byw: You can also contest that flag by hovering in the open tube underneath the dam...

@ Sloi... I understand what you mean by it beeing an infantry job, but instead of waiting for the next piece of armour to tv, you CAN do a lot of damage with mg too...
And the text messages of awe during matches are priceless... :)

On publics it is really a double edged sword in the beginning...
By going full out and learning more, you will die more, leaving less chance to practise what you learned...

But once you got the lessons down, the reward for dying more, is you beeing more effective...
