ok i think im tired of this thread, lol no not really, lately in chopper videos there is only one lack, and that would be the competition on the other team
Ive NEVER seen a video that had 1v1 or 2v2 type thing, its all the same ********, it gets boring, you know what thats it, im gonna make a video of my own

The problem with good opposition is that you wind up with a 'see me kill' video, while the deaths are edited out...
Nobody wants to see a video of someone having to respawn and take off a few times...

This mentioned;
A compilation of deaths and the reason why thus person ended up dead might be usefull...

About the 1 vs 1, or 2 vs 2 video's, they are a plenty...

Hmm.. I like to see videos of people who can handle the choppers pretty well. Doesn´t matter if you´re in the 2vs2 chopper leages, or not. I like you too because you react kinda cool to flames.

I´m flying in choppers very often. Things as tv/guideds in movies are fun to watch, but it has passed 200 times already. Movies wich contains hellfire fights against choppers, or machinegunning (wich is pretty hard on your one) are scarce.

Hope you can do more of the stuff I just described in your next video, would be cool.

Anyways, I can't hardly wait to see your next vid .

Sorry for the doublepost and for bothering you , but when do you except your new video? I'd like to see him, maybe I can learn some new tricks of it, because i'm flying solo in 8vs8 matches.

I used to be a fan of yours, that is until I played with you.
After taking a few good beatings you complained, switched teams, then eventually left the server.
Your movies, while instructional, mask what a good player should be, fair and honest. Good movie, but I appreciate honest players more.

After taking a few good beatings you complained, switched teams, then eventually left the server.
Your movies, while instructional, mask what a good player should be, fair and honest. Good movie, but I appreciate honest players more.

I'd like to see a few screenshots or movies of that. To be honest, I don't recall taking a beating anytime in recent weeks... aside from playing with good friends of mine in 2v2s.

There's a slight possibility of it being true if you're referring to me being on a completely inept team with no plane support or possibility of getting in a helicopter because teammates always take it, further hindering our progress. I'm generally very vocal about things like that.

Otherwise, would you like to offer a few details on what you're referring to?

About a month or so ago
Dalian plant with some admin who i remember as always being very aggresive. Other team had helo whores as well, and my name at that time was StStanislaus .

I'm not calling you a bad helo pilot/gunner/etc.
I'm just saying, from the one time I saw you, you didn't act how I expected you to.


I recently started playing bf2 again, after a month or so, because me and my friend entered a bf2s 2v2 helo tournament.

What happened to Sloi...no videos for so long

I've been busy with work and life in general. Plus, it doesn't help that...

1- I can't find more than 5 populated Daqing servers at one time,
2- Of those 5, I get a heli in one or two of them,
3- Of those two, there's no competition to make the video exciting.


It's gotten too time consuming for me to actually find a server to do a video... and I doubt that it's really going to be worth my while. Here's what I would like to do instead: tell me what you would like to see (be specific) in a video and I'll just do it in any map. This is, of course, assuming I have time to spare for a vid.

No problem about the reasons why there is no new video. Keep in mind that other things always are more important to do, than some stupid BF2 game (says a totally addict ).

But eh, what I like to see is:

-Dogfights, chopper vs. chopper. No tv-guideds, that stuff has passes over 100 times now. A dogfight with unguided missiles. That's something what you doesn't see much in videos, but wich is very important in close combat. Maybe you can explain some things how you can lead or guide them carefully to a target.

-Solo machinegunning in a chopper. I don't know if you are able to do that, but I'd like to hear some advice to handle the chopper while gunning solo, and stuff like that. Eg, if you hover around a flag, and you see lots of infantry, how do you strafe the helo that good, that you can switch to your machine gun and gun them down, without letting the helicopter crash.

Don't know of this is possible, but I know you're a good pilot/gunner (what's your most common seat?) and I hope that you can do some of the things above.

For the rest, maybe you can do some tactics while pilot/gunner, or explain what you should do in situation X, and what in situation Y.

Maybe this is something you could use for your next video. In my opinion it doesn't have to be Daqing, look for a server you can do this things easily, and not have to wait for 12 hours before you can get into a chopper .

Not to be a d!ck, but when me and Sloi did fly for those few times, we did pretty good. But as soon as we died he got mad and kicked me out of the chopper so he could solo, he did even worse I think. Then he deleted me from xfire too. I don't hold grudges really but that was kind of d!ck.

Are you referring to the time we flew together as USMC on Wake and you missed more than half your shots? Yeah, I wanted to give soloing a chance at that point. As for my temper, well... I'm vocal and never denied it.

If you did get better and haven't been completely turned off by how much of a prick I can be, add my xfire and let the good times barrel roll.

*YES* it is possible to gun with your chopper, solo.
Also useful in CQB with helos and infantry... however
You need to spin to the left further before switching seats as you need to be able to shoot the gun, along with aim it, rather than click a TV missile away and guide from there.

Yeah, it needs to be performed with the chopper sliding clockwise on its side. You can then gun for a good 4 seconds before needing to adjust...

I don't use it often, as I prefer concentrating on vehicles. More fun :)
