Ok, I'll give up that some of you are just good, quality players. But the vast majority of solo flyers that I've run into will kill their gunner by going out of bounds. Not good teamwork.

Killing the gunner doesnt mean not good teamwork.
If the gunner sucks, most likely you are wasting the chopper playing with him, and knowing that you would do much better.

Well, it averages out: some of us only do it in very rare cases while others do it immediately. Just keep in mind that there's more than one way to help the team...

i gota know, the time it takes for u to open tv, and fire tv missle is about half a second. but when i open tv, even if i click right after, the tv missle would only fire after about 1 second, theres along delay, long enough for the chopper to rotate from target on the left of the tv screen, to all the way to the right of the tv screen... wats the deal? how u get it fired so quilckly?

I just press F2 and right-click almost simultaneously, followed by repeated left-clicks until it hits the target.

First post here, hi guys. Nice video, but I liked your first two more. I've learned some tricks of it, I'm always trying to fly solo when my gunner isn't there. I hate it when some 'noob-gunners' are shooting with their front gun on tanks and stuff like that. I'm tired of that, that's why I don't fly with bad gunners/flyers anymore in a public.

But ehh, are you going to do some camerawork so we can see your fingers etc? I thaught you were going to do that sometime :)?

Anyways, thumbs up, I think you're a very good flyer/gunner (don't know what you usually are), and I learned some things from you. :).

I just press F2 and right-click almost simultaneously, followed by repeated left-clicks until it hits the target.

I put mine on the middle mouse button so I dont have to move my hand off the controls at all.

Hi there :)

I had some footage with hands overlay, but the sound messed up and the video corrupted halfway through... so I just got rid of it. I'll try to make another next week-end if time permits, but I'll tell you now that everything aside from me hitting F2 and F1 is too subtle to see. Hell, even mouse movement isn't as pronounced as I initially thought.

I think he did mention he was going to do that on the video where he played dragon valley. I came across his video by mistake the other day on google and ended up watching it from start to finish.

...its funny that he does a little fancy flying routine at the start of the round. I play dragon valley a lot and I do something similar only with the jets not the heli. I go under all the bridges and then under the pipe at a spot where if you dont pull up at just the right moment your dead. If I make it through all that then I know its *** kicking time. :laugh:

Beats me: I feel like I've exhausted almost everything in terms of routine, movement and tactics outside of advanced maneuvers and personal preferences. Still, I'll make Daqing with more of the same and move on to two-man videos after: hwn_tiki, pj and z-man want to make killer vids, so expect more high-quality stuff from us in the near future...
