Really I dont care as long as its fair for the people getting attacked, if you had the old BH gun back the thing should be downed in 1 AT rocket. This would make more intense fights and wouldnt leave infantry screwed. Though it seems people dont like the idea of having to actually evade anything when in an aircraft for some reason... I havent really figured out why. Some of them even take offence to mentioning anything of the sort..Leave a comment:

No no, my suggestion was to give the Blackhawk the old guns back and leave it as it is otherwise but give the Chinese and MEC one more armor instead (as it's obvious that they don't have the same guns, so they need another thing where they excel)Originally posted by TurnipI think they are fine close up, you just cant snipe with them. So is there still a problem if its like this? And why do you want more armor as well, you cant have more offence and not exchange defence otherwise its imbalanced, no one wants a flying fortress that can rape the crap out of them we get enough of that with the jets.
That wouldn't make anything unbalanced, just more fun to play.Leave a comment:

But once you get the hang of bombing and dodging AA theres absolutely nothing the opposing team can do, so its sort of similar in a way.Leave a comment:

Yeah, since ground pounders will play infantry only, give us a workable black hawk.
The armor is fine! Heck, make the armor worse! But make the gun useful! It just takes away from the strategy of the game when helicopters arent worth flying around!
And Turnip, ive never had a problem with jets in any maps..... try playing iron gator and see what you think of the attack choppers, now thats raping.
It takes skill to accurately bomb with the fighter jets, especially with only one bomb left, but any noob can pilot those bombers with 4 bombs, especially since they can switch to second seat to avoid missiles.Leave a comment:

Originally posted by ApostleOnly buggys and jeeps though, of course. It is still not always easy to hit, and hit them enough to kill them, still in this situation the BH is actually the most likely to be effective out of the three transport helicopters. Higher rate of fire?
Mind you, it is ridiculous when you do get a good angle on a ground trooper, and the miniguns are blasting bullets at him, "ooh, that tickles!" he shouts.
They RIP an APC to shreds.......
But they still suck on infantry now, which they are supposed to fend off.
We arent asking for "God Mode" as it was before, just a lil taste thats all.
I have noticed since i recieved a new graphics card, that i am a LOT more accurate now, before due to graphical lag, its hard to tell what you are shooting, i would almost blame that now. The day i installed the new card(Sapphire x1600 Pro 256mb DDR3) i wasted 5 men in a short period of time with the Blackhawk mini guns, i was amazed.
BUT THEY STILL NEED JUST A TAD OF TUNING!Leave a comment:

Thats a loada crap...jus coz they r transports they cant b powerful? BHs support ground troops as well as transport thats y they have miniguns on each sideOriginally posted by ToxitronThey are transport for a reason, they transport, and are meant to hav at least one Kobra or apache escort to ensure their survival, THEY arent meant to o fighting. In reference to armor though, they could use an extra plate or so.

But it IS different and should also be treated that way. What is so hard to understand? The Blackhawk has the meanass guns, the others get more armor for balance.Originally posted by roger smithi wouldnt mind higher damage, but to keep it on par with all the transports (including ground) it shouldnt have splash damage.
Of course, you back your statement with military facts.... ah wait... of course not, 'cause it's pure BS.Originally posted by ToxitronThey are transport for a reason, they transport, and are meant to hav at least one Kobra or apache escort to ensure their survival, THEY arent meant to o fighting.
