dont talk about **** you think you know about. almost no sniper in any field operation wears any sort of "tick" suit unless its a highly specialized mission against an enemy with likely infrared capability. they are hot, they are uncomfortable, and in almost all studies they have shown to degrade the sniper's preformance on the battlefield. its completely unrealistic to give them to snipers in BF2
most combat snipers in the USMC dont even wear ghillie suits anymore because of the type of battlefield we see today. mostly desert and urban areas. sniper docterine has also changed to the extent where a sniper no longer needs to remain hidding with a ghillie suit. read the book Shooter then get back to me.
