Yet again Coolbits Triple Buffering only effects OpenGL games (sorry for saying this for the 11th time, this guy just doesn't take it), so it makes no difference.

I know what VSyinc is, I was born with that knowledge..........................

Forgive me for not thoroughly re-reading all of the user's posts (since my last); but for those who are still having trouble this is just a reminder: Please remember to launch the game using DXTweaker's Start button (screenshot below). You press the Start button and DXT will launch the game.



If you use your own shortcut DXTweaker's settings wont take effect. Hey, I even made this mistake myself at first. :cry:... I'm just reminding new/old folk who are still having trouble.:)

1000000 ppl have BF2. About 50% of them know what AA and AF is. 80% of them dont know what VSync is. so the rest 20% know what it is just donno how it works, cus this simple trick could be used about half a year ago... so if you happen to get some info about tripple buffering and you even dare to ask any questions about it you will be "noobed" by the smartasses who think they are the top of the world, so I just suggest you install that thing STFU get otta here and play with better fps :P

What's with the "mr.**********"? Well I wont publically flame you for trying to attack me. Also, the "Don't argue with a fool. They'll only bring you down to their level and beat you on experience." quote springs to mind.

But I will explain the arguments posted in the screenshot for the sake of others. The arguments used ("+ menu 1 + widescreen 1 +restart 1") are my own personal ones I use.

Incidentally, + restart 1 removes the annoying logos from the startup of BF2. Quite a nice argument to, use I'm sure we'll all agree on?

I tried this and there is no in-game difference because i dont know how to enable vsync. Wy dont you just fricking help me ok? Cant be nice at all and show me the way here? My control ceter does NOT havevsync as a choice to enable so dont give me some lame google link ive tried that and foun nothing. SO HOW DO I ENABLE VSYNC WITH MY RADEON?

I did help you, just search with Google and you will get the answer right away, I even provided you a link to Google. I think if you are unable to use Google you shouldn't even use a PC at all.

But since it seems to be the normal think here, just scream HELP HELP I AM STUPID I CAN'T FIND IT YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN ME EVERYTHING IN DETAILS BECAUSE I WON'T EVER DO ANY RESEARCH MYSELF... 1.haha I tested that hack with FEAR and it worx.
2.haha until now I couldnt play CoD2 cus of lagginess but with this hack I'm at the last mission now - SUCK3R !!

All the little things add up. With your system you shouldnt have any problems you cant fix. Did you empty your cach? Its in my documents, BF2 or EA GAMES, Logo cash. It helps. . . . . .Red

cant seem to find the right version of dxtweaker. Keep getting booted out of the game by punkbuster (multiple 3d blabla something). The links provided in the startpost are no longer valid.

I think PB kicks either because you have multiple instances of DXTweaker running or because you set projects to active.

i cannot get it to work neither, it boots me with a PB error. Also im getting this error..
