After months of waiting, PlayStation 4 owners no longer have to sit with bated breath for news on when they can download and enjoy user created mods for Fallout 4 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. The answer as to "when" is apparently "never." Despite best efforts by Bethesda, it seems as though Sony is simply not going to allow it to happen.
