    Vertagear Apologizes for Making a Series of Sexist Tweets

    The company may be in need of a new social media manager.

    Vertagear has apologized for making a series of sexist tweets, the latest of which was posted to their official Twitter account just yesterday. The company, known for their gaming chairs and other gaming accessories, issued an apology through their account after being publicly called out.

  • Intel Pulls Ads from Gamasutra Following Complaint Campaign by #GamerGate Supporters

    Intel has confirmed that they have pulled ads from gaming news site, Gamasutra, following a targeted pressure campaign from #GamerGate supporters. Bill Calder, an Intel spokesperson confirmed the news to Re/code.
    "Intel has pulled its advertising from website Gamasutra. We take feedback from our customers very seriously especially as it relates to contextually relevant content and placements."

    Yesterday, Gamasutra also confirmed the events that transpired.
