A great number for a great game.

Dodge Roll Games announced today that their game, Enter the Gungeon, has now surpassed 3 million copies sold. For those of you who don't know what Enter the Gungeon is, think of it as a mashup of a bullet hell with a dungeon crawler with a healthy dose of roguelike included.

There is a lot of replayability with the game, with tons of weapons and items to unlock, secrets to find, multiple characters to discover, and even multiple "endings"...

If you just haven't yet gotten enough of the action filled Enter the Gungeon, then you'll be happy to hear that there is a new content update coming. On April 5, "Farewell to Arms" will be a free update released for the game that will be celebrating its third birthday on the very same day.

Farewell to Arms will add in two new playable characters, a secret level that was made less secret by this press release announcing it just now, an "arsenal" of new weapons, and...

It's Thursday, which means it's time for some games to be released and updated? Uh, I guess so? It's not the usual release date but we had a few releases today plus at least one game update to pass along in this the latest, and most certainly greatest, Newsbits.

• Pool Panic is out today on the Nintendo Switch and PC. It's a pool simulator. Rather, it's the "World's Least Realistic Pool Simulator" as Adult Swim Games and Rekim are calling it.

What do you get when you combine Serious Sam with Enter the Gungeon with Hotline Miami with endless running and voxel based visuals? Apparently you get the action filled I Hate Running Backwards from Binx Interactive, Croteam Incubator, and Devolver Digital.

It's a game with a lot of shooting and explosions and running backwards and it's coming out on May 22 for $14.99 (USD) for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Devolver Digital announced that their new "first-person shooter and door-kicking simulator" called High Hell is out today. The game was born from Terri Vellmann of Heavy Bullets fame and Doseone of Enter the Gungeon and Gang Beasts fame.

It's certainly been quite some time since we last had one of these Weeks in Review, yeah? Sorry about that, but you know at least one of the reasons already. With that out of the way, it should be noted that there have been a number of games that I played in the past few weeks.

Some of these reviews will be a bit shorter than previous entries just so I don't exhaust myself with all of the reviews I think I have to write. Keep in mind that I'm not actually sure how many games are going to end up below, so anything I just said might end up being a load of crap....
