CS 1.5 Released

I still can't play CS at all, I still get the "cannot complete server attempt" error and I don't know what to do. If anyone knows how I can play CS at all and fix these problems it will be helpful. I haven't played it yet since I got it last week, and here I thought I was going to play it too.>_<

there was a message flashing in the middle of my screen saying something to the effect of "exec block detected-logging wonid: 012345" as the culprit was promptly removed from the server, sitting there thinking to myself, "nice."



but wait. how do we get access to the demoplayer controls? or is that for 1.6?

Has anyone tried the 1600X1200 resolution in cs? If some has, please tell me the results and/or screenshots ;].

Before 1.5 after I got my new comp last week I was getting tons of BSOD's. Now I haven't gotten any but my comp did lock up 3 times.

All The Problems I Had As A Result From Going From 1.3 To 1.4 Have Gone away. Getting Back to My desk Top Took Forever. I Kept Getting

"Blue Screened" On Some Servers, And Had To Re-Boot, Not Even Getting

Connected. I'm Bummed That My Nextwish Buy Scripts Don't Work, But I'm Using Ruzzuh's C.S. Helper Instead (Sorry Rizz, I Like The Bomb-

Plant Script lol). Im Sure That Everything ill Get Worked Out In A

Couple Of Days.



BTW- DE_Piranesi Is A Killer Map, Its So Big,I Got Lost. Its Like Trying To Find

My Wife At The Mall On 1/2 Price Day! lol

I Had The Same Problem. I Re- Downloaded C.S. (Or Half-life) And

All The Updates That I Had, Then Hit "Update Server", And It Was

Fine. Give That A Try (I Know Its A PAin In The Ass!).

Cheaters have never bothered me. I rarely ever saw one, even in the old days. You all are just unlucky bastards. Also, Steam blows.

1.5 is so much better than 1.4 but i can't tell why!!!!! Altho it does seems faster, also i think the colors are richer, sky is bluer, it never gets dark...sun stays lit 24/7.....Players still complain, hackers still hack (maybe). I still suck, you still suck, noobs still play, guns still fire and life is good as we know it........

I couldn't see much differences, but to me it seems that the Valve Tracker system is going to rock, but I think they should have made the keys unbindable in the next patch, not this one.

i know how to fix the nextwish thing

just find a rc file in cstrike dir named valve and replace the old commandlines: "exec NextWish\NWCS1.cfg exec NextWish\NWCS2.cfg"

w/ exec NextWish/NWCS1.cfg

exec NextWish/NWCS2.cfg

the problem is with the "\" since the new ver doesn't work with that you just replace it with "/"
