VAC always gets fucked no matter what. They need to stop combatting just OGC.

HLG blocks wallhacks. And with no wallhack or aimbot the cheat is hardly woth a crap.

Thanks for the great coverage. This one was way better than the one with CS 1.4. The first moment i refresh the page, it was quick plus i had 20+ mirrors right away :)



I havent tested that demoplayer myself yet, but after reading the comments i have a feeling it is a dream come true if you watch a lot of demos, and make CS movies for example.



F1 and F2.. well. My buy scripts have always been in F1 -> F4, so it is quite hard for me to just change them into something else. Im so used to them, so it would take a lot of time.

That is why i renamed those files to get F1 and F2 to what they used to be. But after reading those comments on the demoplayer... i really want to see it in action.

So: Is there a way to bind F1 and F2 (the Tracker/demoplayer buttons) to something else, like F9 and F10? Since i hell wont change my script buttons. It cant be that hard to just bind them into some buttons, which you can change whenever you want.



Bug fixes and the improved anticheat is more than welcome too.

The cache is corrupted on purpose. That is how/why it downloads the full thing every single time.

bugs in CS1.4 still in CS1.5:



after playing a CS game i cannot open DOS program or when i shutdown PC i get the blue screen of death.

After some extended search i found my key settings were change while/after playing CS1.4/CS1.5 and it's utterly annoying.

Last time i had to format my partition just because windows got fucked up after playing CS and installing a new PC game (error message keyboard is NOT COMPATIBLE) - and then my windows refused to boot properly.

Never had those problems under any beta before ...till 1.4

Yeah because CS install itself to the drivers directory on your PC.

Well, some news, there's a fix on the forums, but then again... IT DOESN'T WORK... grr i didn't like 1.4 'cause of the jumping and the handgun accuracy, but i really start to hate 1.5 even before i've played it.

I'd like to see if this fix wrks on my installation , can you please give me a link to it ?

first thing

Valve cannot simply BAN anyand all cheaters that are found tryign to conenct to a VAC server



if they did... CS would become the least popular ONLINE game..lol

as well they would have about half the CS community sellign there copies because it won't work any more...



Valve is updateing to STEAM which will hopefully destory all cheators....

but if they Charge monthly or somethign like that for steam I will end up doing what I did to Motor City Online, I used the free trail month, then Ditched it, I ain't payign money monthly unless they are suppying some SUPER fast internet conection, (it's just not right ot pay monthly for games!)

im still havin probs with my 1.5, i can get onto a server but by ip only..which is a pain cuz i have to go onto gametiger then search for the server/map i want, its never up to date, then i end up gettin an ip for a server that has 10 slots open and its full >.<! it sux that i cant get the screen for servers in my cs argh..if anyone knows of a way to fix this, or a site or something...plz help
