and remeber, score dont matter as long as the people ur playing with dont call u a n00b, if they do, whip out a colt and fuk them up...or you can just ignore them. I don't understand why a majority of players take it offensively when someone calls them a "n00b". Does CS really affect your manhood? Does your penis shrivel when someone starts spamming "stfu n00b wanker"?

I play the game because it's fun. Most of the time after a round I don't even bother to look at my score wether it's good or bad. I wouldn't say I suck, but I really wouldn't say I'm the "l33t3st h4x0r ev0r". And pfft to those twelve year-olds who take the game too seriously. Run around clicking a shotgun without ammo with your flashlight on! Or just make a name like (436)Player and ask how to silence your ak. Sometimes it more fun messing around than taking the game too seriously. :)

Awesome article, asspennies. :) I found myself laughing pretty hard at several points in it, which is always a good sign. And yes, the reloading section was by far the funniest. Man... I remember my days as compulsive reloader, hitting reload after every kill, and dying when I did that out of habit while engaging more than one person, lol. Brings back a lot of memories.
Had my hayday too, as a frosh in college with too much free time and a T3 to mix it with. :) But I have to say, after a while, I much prefered the games where I get a reasonably good ratio instead of an ass-handing spank-em-all ratio, because people weren't so busy calling you a cheater then, sheesh. Alas, I have fallen from my glory days, am inconsistant as hell, and vary in performance from server to server on my mighy 56k, heh.
Oh, and I love the "O face" avatar, lol, Office Space rocks. :) Again, hillarious article, keep it up man.

Sometimes I'm horrible, sometimes I'm great. The one constant, however, is that I always try to use teamplay. Voice comm is an amazing feature in CS, if only folks used it more.

I'd just like to stress that last point there. A lot of people come onto our server (our as in the one that belongs to rizzuh, narby and me, not CSN's [which doesn't exist]) and the minute they hear ANYONE talking, they ask how to turn off ``sound.'' It's really annoying and I think if everyone just got past this phobia of speaking we'd be better off. I mean come on, people act like it's ``gay'' to talk instead of type. Think about it. We're all playing the game, why not make it easier to communicate? It enhances the team play element of the game and boosts enjoyment. How stupid! It's not like you're asking someone out on a date.
Actually, I've noticed that people who generally act like morons are much more tolerable when you're speaking to them. I guess it's easier for some kids to call a ``machine'' a stupid nub pussy than it is to say that same thing to something more human.
I'm pretty sure rizzuh and I have about as much fun as CS can give when we get good teamplay going with our friends. Give it a shot.
