The only reason why they are overplayed is because they are actually good maps.

Siege is probably my favorite official map. How can you not like siege?

Its fairly balanced (ok the Ts do have an advantage), its big, has lots of routes, its been in CS since like beta 2 or something.

Siege is a total massacre of CT's.

Its unbalanced, as is Assault. You dont have to remove any of the maps so far mentioned, just for the love of God dont make MORE!



There are tonnes of maps out there that deserve to be used: de_Museum, De_Volare, De_Celtic.



Go look at them, play through them. If you dont like a map, leave the server when it changes.



There are a good ten thousand CS servers at any given time. Find one that has the map you want, and play there.

Oh, okay. I judge how good maps are by how much everyone else plays them. Nevermind that torn is impossible, siege is unbalanced, vegas is unorganized, survivor is a total mess, and storm is just one big dust bridge.

valve will never do anything right. what valve leaves unscrewed up, gooseman will screw up. cs is trash. that REGARDLESS OF ANYONE'S WHINING YOU AND I WILL ALL PLAY. we'll play and we'll forget how bad it is and we'll say "o wow cs roxors j00 boxors", just like always. we've all done it since 5.2, through all the betas, through 1.0, 1.1, and we'll keep doing it into perpetuity.
