  • Idiot Arrested After Threatening to Pay Blizzard a Visit 'with an AK47'

A man from California was arrested this past week after he sent death threats to Blizzard, makers of such fine products as The Death and Return of Superman, The Lost Vikings 2, and Just League Task Force. They also made something called Warcraft and Overwatch.

The point here is that 28-year old Stephen Cebula sent messages to Blizzard at the beginning of July saying that he "may or may not pay (Blizzard) a visit with an AK47 amongst some other 'fun' tools." He continues on to say that he "might be inclined to 'cause a disturbance' at (Blizzard's) headquarters in California with an AK47 and a few other 'opportunistic tools.'"

It is currently unknown why this Mensa candidate made these threats in the first place.

Due to these threats and an investigation by the FBI, Cebula was arrested on July 12 and faces up to five years in prison along with a $250,000 fine. This is sadly not the first time a developer has been threatened by someone and unfortunately it probably won't be the last time.
