Stoic Games is a new development studio made up of ex-BioWare employees. Hot on the heels of their successful Kickstarter, the team has released a new announcement trailer for The Banner Saga.
The game is a single player story-driven RPG coming to the PC. Even more, its story is inspired by Viking legend and features "turn-based strategic combat" where decisions on travel, conversation, and combat "will directly affect the outcome" of the game.
The game is slated to be released on January 14, 2014 for PC and Mac.
