Hi everyone,

This is Dashunde's wife, the wife that is losing her mind.

My dear husband forgot to mention that he is unemployed and for a week and a half he is goofing off with BF2 thinking a job might just fall in his laps all of a sudden.

When he says "she demands attention right now" he means that he will make me wait outside till he finishes his game to open the door for me (as he locks it from inside so I don't catch him playing). Another example is that he will become completely deaf when he is fooling with this game, anything I say is just in vain.

No, I don't hate this game. I do believe everyone should have hobbies, no matter what they are. But when your hobby becomes the most important thing in your life, then it's a problem. Now, he wants to sell the game to play a good and loving husband, but he chose to do it exposing our personal life to everyone in this forum. I really hated that, and that's why he showed me that he advertised the game but didn't want me to read the rest of the posts. Well, I know the name of the game, so I could easily find this forum. I guess every story has two versions, so, although I know most of you don't care about a female's version here, I'm posting this anyway, just to be fair.

Yes, I'm from Brazil, and 10 years younger than him. We haven't been married for 3 months as he mentioned, but EXACTLY 2 months today.

Oh, he is also right when he says I'm full of energy. I guess BF2 is taking all of his though! I haven't been very well pleased, if you know what I mean.

So, someone please buy the game! I'm using some of this money to buy something useful at Priscila's.

Seriously though, do you really think taking his game away will solve your woe's? I think not. You have to realize that men have a thing called "maturity syndrome".

This means that if there is something that he does is "fun", it will be frowned upon by anyone who has not experienced that type of fun, and he needs to prove to himself that his mind is not as old as his body, thus acting out his fantasies via a game like BF2.

Share what you do toghether but know as well as he that you need your own space from time to time!

Thank God for shows like 7th heaven and life time! Thats when I get my play time when those dumb shows are on!

I love TV nowadays, eventhough i watch it like 2-4 hours a week.
Her TVtime = my Comptime \o/ I get to clock in about an hour of bf2 a day and she doesn't want to deepfry my comp.

My guess he isn't playing, he's practising the art of one-handed surfing.

But on a more serious note, gaming can be a stress-reliever(tho bf2 is more like stress-inducer) . When I had sh1tloads of stress at work etc. I used to play a lot because it helped to forget about the everyday stuff and go off into never-never-land AND FRAG THEM BUNNIES.

Just throw this ganme away, with box, both discs and manuals. It will be much easier and faster than selling, and imho life is more expensive than 25$

luckily my gf will let me play video games since she is a gamer as well
