Yep... I've developed a bad BF2 habit, so I'm going to sell my BF2
Complete, new, with box, both discs and manuals. (its about a month old)

I've just been playin toooo much and I have other stuff I need to do, and with this very cool game around it seems to be all that I want to do. (Many of you might relate)
It's a great game with a long learning curve, and one that I strive hard at, but my wife is getting all tied up in knots over the amount of time I spend on that curve... She is far more important... and no, she isnt making me sell it :)

So help me out, first $25 takes it, shipping in the U.S. included.

I usually play when she is at work or out shopping with a friend. You need your time also. A good balance is needed. Yes I would also try ebay or just take a break for a couple of days.

Moderation would be a better option. Just do it at a certain time of day or day of the week, but do not give up something you enjoy completely. She does not like gaming, but most women dont. Everyone should have free time to do something they enjoy.

seconded.. although my current gf and I don't see each other loads so i have lots of time for gaming, just the snake with tits at my college who's getting ****y with my lack of work

I hear ya guys... But I should probably let this one go.
All of the others were easy, KingPin, UT, MOH, all are pretty easy to walk away from... but this damn BF2, it's different with much more going on and many more challenges. Frankly, its just downright addictive.

Try joining a clan. They have set times they train and play and that should help out,because I also have an addictive personality and a clan help me from playing soooooo much. :ar15:

Yea, You just need to set a time for YOU. I am married, and we set time for ourselves. Just need to manage your time. You shouldn't give up a game you love so much. You only going to regret it later, and probably go out and re-buy it.

I like to play when she is out or busy.
I think every married guy is having the same problem with computer games.
bf2 can be ok, but the worst one is Civilization IV. The game takes forever. There is always an argument after each game :p and that is why I play it once every couple of months.

My wife got pretty upset with me, first BF1942 and now BF2. I just play in moderation now - Thursday nights are game nights, and I squeeze in a few odd hours here and there.

I'm lucky. My wife loves to read alot, which isn't really a team sport. Which gives me relatively guilt-free BF2 time.

Besides, get the job done, ahem, elsewhere, and she won't bother you about *any* of your hobbies.
