You disagreed, you broke the rule and you got kicked. Thats it. Not their fault that YOU chose to break the rule (ignore the green messages in the upper right corner), all yours and yours only.

Nope, because according to the Global BF2 ranked server rules, their rule is illegal. I've already filed a complaint on their forums, so we will see what the guys upstairs say :laugh:

I also got banned from the Moongamers Oman server last night. I wasn't disobeying any rules and I didn't even get to finish the first round. I was in the su-34 and hadn't died that round. I was taking out their planes, choppers, tanks, everything that moved. All of the sudden after taking out a cobra "diconnected for excessive teamkilling". I didn't TK anyone. I'm also filing a complaint.

Nope, because according to the Global BF2 ranked server rules, their rule is illegal. I've already filed a complaint on their forums, so we will see what the guys upstairs say :laugh:

At the time you were playing you disobeyed MG rules, you were kicked/banned because of that. It doesnt matter what the ranked server rules say, the case is that you disobeyed. I dont think things will change for you personally, even if actions will be taken against MG. Youve already proven yourself to be a selfobsessed brat. And if MG BF2 players will see what youve written down here, youll receive nothing but disrespect.

I dont think the guys upstairs will do much, MG servers have always been top notch and the fact that they are visited extremely often hints that they have quality servers.

Server admins may not explicitly or implicitly (by actions) enforce restrictions on vehicles or weapons that players can use while on your server (e.g. knives only, aircraft prohibited except for clan members, etc.)

Even if they did disallow you to use that jet they disallowed you to use it temporarily. All you had to do is to take a small break and then get back aribourne. All you had to do is to show a sign of good will and sportsmanship. If youre so into technicailities, I wouldnt be surprised if they banned you forever for your first TK youll make after this case. I wouldnt be surprised at all. And after that youll most probably come back whining again, well, not whining, but to show others how you "PWN NOOBS" and deliver "pure pwnage" and "terror" on the Battlefield.

I guess youve already noticed that this thread doesnt revolve around you for quite some time, god damn that hurts, doesnt it?

You think this is all about me, but you are wrong. I'm doing it for everyone that gets kicked for this bs. There is no restrictions on stock weapons or vehicles in the game for ANY player, whether they are extremely good or extremely bad. THIS IS THE GLOBAL BF2 RANKED SERVER RULE. If they want to keep that stupid rule, fine, have the server taken off ranked status. But in ranked servers, you cannot tell someone they cant use a vehicle for any reason or for any amount of time.

If they want to be bitter, they can ban me, whatever. I've been polite as can be to them and have respected all of their legit rules. The admin who kicked me was very nice about it (I think it was Spike or something). But I'm gonna fight for this rule to be changed. It is unfair, which is why EA has this rule.

Yes it does matter because they are in contract with the EULA for ranked servers, which they are indeed a ranked server. They can keep their rule, but like I said, they have to release their ranked status then.

What? There have been times in the server where I wanted to get in the chopper but couldnt because the same guy who was using it last round got to it before I did. Did I cry about that? no. I'm a mature person and tho I wanted to fly, he got to it first. I dont care that he had it for the last few rounds, if he gets to it before me then I'm out of luck. Thats the way it is in EVERY server. Its a first come first serve basis.

Took a liberty to check out what he wrote in his complaint.

Notes: I flew the F35 USMC jet for ~3 rounds and was doing very well. Then I was kicked for "equipment whoring" and later asked why I was kicked, and an admin told me it was because I was flying the jet too much, or in their words "whoring". I do not have the screenshot , but it is against the rules to set limits on vehicle and commander use. I would like this looked into as soon as possible, thank you.
