The problem is obviously with Logitech's setpoint program (Methinks). Try updating the drivers...
Also, turn off automatic reboot. Do this by going to control panel and then selecting performance and maintenance. Then select system and go to the advanced tab. From there, select startup and recovery and uncheck automatic restart under system failure.
This should give you a BSOD when the computer restarts which you can then google for solutions.
