I never said they were. I have openly admitted I have a temper. This guy is just trying ot get a rise out of me and I was showing he tries to get a rise out of everyone, that's all.
Parish, yes i have tried to wind up nastie butler and a couple of other people on this forum, but i think i made a fair point. Fact is, 90% of griefs about bf2 are people who can't accept being owned and so blame the game. Also, 90% of insults like accusations of being childish, dumb etc are by people who have no arguement and so just try to beat and insult people with arguements into submission, the former being people like your good self sir. What you did wasn't out of temper, just like i stated before, i hit a nerve and so you wanted to destroy my arguement by attacking me, like all morons will. I've seen it all many times before, on the internet and in general life, so forgive me if my attitude towards such people is somewhat on the irreverent side.

#1.) You have never owned me so don't use that lame assed excuse to justify your own issues. I also do not blame the game, I blame less than great players who think they are great simply because they use a game exploit or hack or whatever you want to call it to their own edification.

Again, your are correct. I did meet the wrong person, and in the future will avoid such conversations with those less fortunate than myself. I only hope that through some miracle of science, you will be given a reason to live other than playing BF2 for 4.25 hours a day.... every day.
I am sure that when you reach the other side of puberty and become a man, or have the surgery to fully become a woman you will make a nice thesis for some college student yearning for a degree in psychology.

I'm reading all of this objectively and I can't help but note that if anyone's been owned throughout this thread, it's you, kd123. Avoiding the aformentioned argument started by parish, whom has also given us fine examples of your work here on the forums before, has led me to believe that you're stubborn enough to keep fighting no matter how cornered you are.
I always read how we, "the whiners," are complaining because we are constantly getting "owned" by these tactics. I think I can safely say that this is not the case for most of us "whiners." It's definitely not that we can't adapt or do it ourselves because a monkey could dolphin dive. It's the fact that these tactics are frankly out of place in a game like this and the kicker is, the people who created this game agree. None of you that like these tactics will address this issue. The fact is, the whiners are in the right...period. It has been said by EA that these tactics were not in their vision for this game. That should be the end of it but I'm sure there will be complaining from the people who say that the game should be played how it is. Well, eat your words after the patch.
Personally, I don't mind constantly getting killed. Yes, it is a little irritating at times but if it's not because of some lame tactic that I refuse to use, then I just take is as a challenge to try harder. In fact, tonight I was constantly getting shot down in my JSF by some guys in J-10's. I must have got shot down 8-9 times in a row but I kept jumping back in and trying harder. It eventually got to the point where I was just constantly being chased but managed to stay in the air. You won't see me rallying to change the way that dogfighting occurs because I have seen no air to air tactics that are lame. You also won't hear me complain at all about getting "owned" so badly because they did it with sound tactics and excellent flying and I told them so. I realize that the idea to compliment an opponent may be completely foreign to some of you guys but it makes for a better experience.
i personally hate bunny hopping and get frustrated when people use this tactic but it is how they play the game and i have no right in telling them they are playing incorrectly. most the times i can take them down and my enjoyment for killing the bunny hopper is more than a normal player. if i then see a few people and one of them is the bunny hopper then he will be the first my crosshair goes to.
i disagree with the point you make about thats the way people play to get an advantage. i manage just fine and i havent bunny hopped once.
Its sad that you actually believe that the highest scoring guy on a team was actually the main reason for that team winning. Explain how 50% of the time the guy with the highest score is on the losing team, then?

If you think 50+ kills mean little for the teams chances to win you need to play some more.

The examples I used are not extreme at all. The examples are examples of exactly what other things are complained about by many players. You trying to tell me many players dont complain about: Jets/tank whores/m203 as well as the jumping issue? You have to be kidding if you think those are extreme examples. Check the forums and i guarantee youll find many complaints about these things ruining the "ENJOYMENT" of other players

There will always be things like tactics in a multiplayer game that diminish the "enjoyment" of other players because there will always be Opinions of what should and shouldnt be done and opinions are relative. Everyone goes into a game expecting to enjoy it. If they don't, they will leave. And if the reason for not enjoying it is reasonable, then more people will leave, and you know what happens to MP games without players? Or do you expect people to stick around when they don't enjoy the game? And please -- don't claim that the majority of people like the hopping, etc. If they did, then EA wouldn't propose a change, would they?
As for the rest of it -- you can keep repeating that I'm not reasonable in my comments, but that's all you've done. And mere repetition without foundation is not an argument.
