While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Flying in BF2 wouldn't be so boring if the controls for airplanes didn't feel so sloppy. Go play a real flight simulator, come back and fly in BF2 and you'll see what I mean.
Tell me about it I've flight Simmed for 4 years, on realistic and unrealisitic sims, and BF2 is horrible when it comes to realism, Half of the time theres not even speed to sustain the climb (stalling) but BF2 planes pull out. Its dodgy and plays into the hands of BF2 "Pro" Pilots.
I wish I knew where ppl get the idea that jets can "insta-repair". It only proves they have never bothered to fly once nor bothered to learn any facts.
Jets absolutely DO NOT "insta repair" when they go to the airstrip. You may get a wrench turn or two if your fly slow and level. That's about 2 bars if your lucky... so if you get hit with one missle and are at 1/2 health it will take you 6 slow passes or so for you to get full health again. Far from an insta-heal, fool. Getting a full reload when you rearm is also a crap shoot most of the time, especially in a j-10.
Hey you know, thats just whats its like with a tank - when I get hit by an AT missile, I can back up and cover 3000 ft of ground in two seconds and regain 2 health bars. BUT ONLY 2

You've got to be kidding me.. When I fly a J-10 on Dalian Plant there is nothing I fear. I can easily fly a round without a single death. In an american plane the only thing I fear are the chinese and mec planes. DICE didn't only screw up the plane vs ground balance but they screwed up the plane vs plane balance too. In favour of mec and china no less.

You are slightly wrong. I once thought the Mig was much superior to the F35, but it really isnt if you know what you are doing.

Although the MIG isn't as superior to the F35 as the J-10 is I would take it anyday over the F35 because of the afterburner. The only time I occasionally get shot down by an F35 is when I'm sweeping the runway for repairs. I'm shure you like to fly the F15 against the SU also..

F15 has an advantage on certain maps like Operation Cleansweep , cuz it is american, and it will ALWAYS have a base to repair/rearm, which is not the case for the mec. I'll either keep running from pilot if hes good and keep him occupied so my team on the ground can get some flags, or annoy him and hopefully kill him. This is chess, not checkers.
Please... I WTFOWN helos and planes in my tank. I've been called a hacker, and just laughed and felt proud. Sure, they can one shot me if they either have a skilled gunner(Helos) or are a skilled bomber. But hey, I can one shot them if I aim well.

Own planes in the tank? Well, ok, I shot down a jet in the air once, but he was piloted by an idiot, who tried to bomb me by pointing himself from 20 meters up high directly on the tank's gun. Good pilots don't do that. There is no way for the tank's gun to point high enough inorder to hit me in the jet considering the angle of attacks I take. And when I don't attack, I'm usually not really there to be targeted.

Or you could just hop out and repair on the spot if your an engy... or call for supplies and get full health from a magic box... jets can't take advantage of engie or support classes nor the suppply crates. Now if they did away with the supply crates your sarcastic statement might acutally have a valid point. Personally, I'd like to see all the armor have to go back to where they spawned or to a designated pad, to repair... or call an engy/support.

And those scores people have been posting of pilots you can see the same scores on Karkand from the tanks and APCs...
If you look at the stats of certain people complaining you will notice they have hardly spent any time in a plane, yet some have spent oodles of hours in a tank...Nothing but a bunch of hypocrites...
