i don't feel sympathetic one bit...i enjoy being the hunter and the hunted...

besides, the more kills i get, the more i feel like a man...

Yesterday I felt both guilty and amused at the same time. I bombed the same guy sitting at the stinger site over and over again. Well, he tried to shoot me down so I shot back :)

I killed like 5 in a row a few days ago as special ops. And I felt sorry for them because if they had me on their side fighting me I would have brought them glory lol.

I have no mercy for them but if i kamikaze someone in a plane like i cant pull up or anything i dont think its that fair, i mean i like to kill someone that has a chance against me not someone who sucks and just crashs.

I have that feeling when I'm drivin in APC or a tank in enymy base capturing the flag and killing players with other than AT kits.

i usually pinpoint snipers and send a teammate up the ladder to see if there's a claymore and if not then he gets a knife kill if there is i'll revive him (if i can) and go up the ladder myself

i love sticking a knife in a snipers back

I hear ya these are the only noobs I feel sorry for. Too weak/lame to get into the action to have any fun and get the blood pumping. They have to hide out and shoot people at range. They are a bunch or weak *******,they are the only ones I feel sorry for.

We do the same as you on our site www.r2clan.com there is a vid kownage (standing for knife ownage). We know there is a sniper on top of one of those oil barrels on Daqing. I purposely go up the ladder spot the claymore and say on TS I will die so he can knife the sniper. When he gets up there, there are actually 2 ***** snipers and he knifes both of them. :laugh: Well worth dying for!

At times I have felt sorry for some guys while I'm flying an attack heli who jump into the AA tanks and try and take me out. Or the noob who sits in the ground mounted IGLA's and tries to take me out time and time again, dying each time but hey they have to learn the hard way. Most eventually do learn and try another tactic.

I don't know, maybe it's just me... but sometimes like if I kill several guys in a row, kill a guy that's trying his best to take me down, or even if I kill someone by using a lame tactic because I have to (dolphin diving, etc.) , I'll get this guilty feeling ... almost like I want to show mercy and let them get me back.

It doesn't happen all the time, it's just like every now and then I'll feel wrong about it... and even like if I'm up on top of a building and a guy has his back turned towards me or doesn't know where I am and I shoot and kill him, I'll feel guilty... probably for not really giving him a chance to fire back at me or whatever.

Maybe it's just that I have too much respect for my enemy... or maybe it's that my feelings run so deep that they seep into PC games as well?

Not really, but kind of. I spawned into the SU on Oilfields. I fired a missle and guided it into a base, killed a guy on foot. Then we came back around and i fired again, got him and another of them. Repeat 3 more times.

He left the server. It was funny. The guy wasn't even in a vehicle, just on foot and missles kept dropping at his feet.

When I was trying to get novice/basic snipers badge ( I had all the rest, might as well get the set) there was one guy that I countersniped for the whole match. No matter where he went or where he hid or how much he ran I always got him. Poor guy, I had about 19 kills on him to 0 deaths, and then got bombed as I went for ammo.
Strangely enough though he never registered as my fave victim, which has always been odd to me as I know for a fact that I killed him that many times, much more than I've ever killed anyone else. Name was xnaderx I think. So if you read this, sorry man, you where just too easy a target no matter what was happening.

The only time I feel guilty is when I kill the same guy over and over, when I didn't really mean to. I was on this one server, and there was this guy I kept killing. If I saw a group, I would just start bursting and all of a sudden I see "[CN]Zombie of PizzaRolls killed The guy i've killed for the past 5 rouds" and then I would die by his team. Then I would spawn, go out, and the same thing would happen.

I think he finally left..

I feel guilty when I run an enemy over who hasnt seen me or heard me...
Like they are turned around, and you just plow into them with a fast jeep, its kind of a cold blooded death and sick death.
If they have seen me coming and are shooting then I will run them over, coz otherwise I may get killed or my jeep may blow up.
I get quite a few stealth knife kills and I dont feel guilty about that though.

I sometimes get the "O00ps oh fek didnt mean for that to happen" thing, so suppose guilt is buried in there somewhere

U may do as i've once saw, some guy started to jump when i went by & start the fighting... (I killed him, but he showed up to fight).
