Have you played Ghost Recon 2? That kind of 'over the shoulder' camera would be great - you would be able to play well too.

Possibly, can you make it like the game? So when you zoom (right click) it goes into first person? that would be the nuts.

EDIT2: I dont mean it goes into first person (but i do) but i mean it goes into first person, looking down the sights... if you get what i mean.

As far as i know, 1P with crosshair isnt possible, since the crosshair is always centered.
But you can try it if you want to. I only need the DC-styled camera.

I tried to create a new camera and attach it to the soldier instead of the existing one.
Didnt work. All i want is a toggle option for inside, chase and flyby mode

I know i'm reviving a really old topic here , sorry but i had an idea for getting crosshairs in the 3rd person view:

Add the crosshair line into the HudElementsPlayer.con file. I haven't tested this, but all the stuff from this file gets shown on all the cam modes. Maby someone already had this idea, I ddn't read through the whole thread.
If this is old news I'm sorry for bumping this thread.
