There's no good way to know which squad leader is talking to you over VOIP. I always remind Squad Leaders to preface any requests they make with their squad number. If they forget, I'll just ask them which squad made last request for "X".

I have one question that I've never seen answered in any guide -- if you commander and a squad leader is talking to you via voice, how do you identify which squad he is in?

Nice, Now since the 1.3 version is out you get another option A VEICHLE DROP!!! you can drop a veichle at a target

Of course I will, however, due to real life agendas, it will not be until this Friday that I might even have the possibility of updating it. School is throwing everything they've got against me before it ends :p

Does anybody know a good server where these tips will be usefull. Everyone I've encountered seems to be lone wolfing it. It ****es me off that, Yea some people join squads, but try to give an order. NEGATIVE. There doing there own thing. Like you said they don't care about their team. They only care about the almighty point. I can understand about getting points, But the teamwork I get sometimes makes the game addictive.
