Need help at 2 CS:S problems.

*+*+* Note! : My English is very bad. I've not many experience with computer (problems). *+*+*+*+*+
Game: Counter Strike: Source.
1. Mouse is : lagging , teleporting , doing weird > ONLY INGAME.
This happend with my new mouse I bought : Trust Xpertclick Minimouse. >>>>>ONLY INGAME!!!<<<<<
I did not installed the driver because it did not do anything > I tried!.
The reason why I didn't keep the driver is because a bind didn't work ingame.
And yeah with the driver it lagged, teleported ect.. too.
I searched for updates for my mouse driver , and nope didn't help too.
Please answer me!

2. Connection problem in every single server.
I got internet connection , but I don't know what happend or why it act like this.
It happend with no reason. In every server I join , I get Connection Problem/ Client Timed Out after playing like 2 minutes on the server.
- I did checked that steam or hl2.exe is not blocked by my Windows FireWall.
- I did restart my Internet / Computer / CS:S / Steam / Router.
I don't know what the problem is.

Please answer ALL possibilities that can solve my problems.

Post ping, choke and loss values.

Is this a new computer? Or just a new mouse? Was the game working before?

Eeerm nothing is wrong with internet + computer.

Not new and now old computer > Just few months > and new mouse. and yes the game worked before.

Not the SAME, with the old it will "lagg" , on my new one it does not move where I want to , if I turn my mouse in a circle fast , it will stay at one spot :S. And when I want to turn arround on CS:S It will not react "smooth" and normal :S.
