We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Well, it's just bf2 but everything feels stupidly slow, there is no prone, the weapons layout is dumb (for US you start out with an RPG as engineer...), heck there is a button that actually looks behind for you, literally looking at the front of your soldier looking behind you.
Well it isn't designed for the current PC Battlefield crowd. It's designed for people who only consider themselves casual gamers at best; they're not going to buy a full priced Battlefield game, but they'll download the free game, play it, and throw in a few dollars on micro-transactions. It has it's niche, and I'm perfectly fine with them having made this game, since as far as I'm concerned, it isn't marketed to me in the first place.
That said, I'm probably not even going to ever bother it. I doubt anyone here will actually enjoy playing the end product.
Like Jake was saying, it is not aimed at those already hooked on the BF games. I am sure what they are hoping is that they will pull in those that have never played a BF game and it will hopefully get some of those to continue on and purchase their other games.
