Really, if the only thing you are able to make out of this, is that it was an attack on someones age alone, then I dont see why youre still sticking around here?

Youre still emotional over this. Ive provided you enough information to disagree with me on facts and arguments Ive put across, yet you still insist on this being somesort of a personal attack on someone purely because of their age.

Your absolutely right, I shouldn't be sitting here arguing with you over your childish remark. I hope your belittling him made you feel like the man you tried to make yourself out to be.....

You are such a self-righteous hypocrite. You stand out like a sore thumb in this otherwise reasonable thread.

Mods, please don't lock the my thread because of him derailing it.

            4. MW2 is not just "a game", its a videogame trend and fashion item
Along with just about every game that has been released since the downfall of the Economy. Not like MW2 is the only game that's breaking the "omg this isn't a real game" rule.

            1. MW2 is not the best game ever made
            2. The target audience claims it is
Umm, that's just personal taste of the current time. People thought COD:WaW was amazing.. when it wasn't. (Personal opinion, did you see that?) People thought it was the best ever then, and now MW2 is the new trend. The whole series is a trend starting with the release of COD4. COD4 wasn't that great either, you could see the money signs in IW's eyes then too.

Young or not, people of all ages still went out and bought and supported the game and are enjoying it till the release of the new trend of COD:7 next year.

The world is a wonderful place. GG.

Yeah, OPFPDR was definitely a fashion item . MW2 is actually one of the very few which has been marketed as something "cool" to obtain. Most games have followed the same routine theyve always been following- for gamers exclusively. Even such AAA titles as AC2 and Uncharted 2 have *not* been marketed as a fashion item. Your claim is invalid.

Umm, that's just personal taste of the current time. People thought COD:WaW was amazing.
When? Where? Vast majority saw WaW as an inferior sequel to MW and the forums for COD communities never had the ammount of "OMFG GOTY!" threads MW2 has. Some might have said WaW was great, others thought it sucked, but there was never that much hype around it and the game was surrounded by much more objective mix of opinions than both MW and MW2. Im not talking about personal opinions here. Go take a look at the IW forums.

The whole series is a trend starting with the release of COD4.
COD4 didnt start the series. And your idea that every videogame being marketed as a fashion item is completely off base and wrong.

COD4 wasn't that great either, you could see the money signs in IW's eyes then too.
COD4 is one of the best games ever made, in quality and options. Whether people liked it or not is another case altogether, but from a technical standpoint, its one of the most complete packages ever created in the videogame industry. Whatever was going through IW-s collective mind when COD4 and MW2 were developed, the ideas and objectives were completely different and the two games show that.

Young or not, people of all ages still went out and bought and supported the game and are enjoying it till the release of the new trend of COD:7 next year.
Whether someone bought it or not has never been the topic of discussion. Were talking about target audiences and methods of marketing, and what it has resulted in terms of unsubstantiated praise and hype.

The world is a wonderful place. GG.
Accoording to the latest trends, it isnt

              Try again.
