To be honest, I'm already getting bored with MW2.

Just played a few rounds and there were under 60k people playing.

Yea... and on the 360 everyone has figured out how to be as cheap and boring as possible.

The game is already starting to lose it.

I am not bored with MW2, I am quite enjoying it,
New class combination's and testing new areas where i can hunt down people is fun XD.

Well you're biased against L4D2 so your opinion doesn't count. :p

                Jesus. No, really. Christ.

I was ambivalent toward this whole thread (I own both games and each fits a temporary "role" for me) until I hit that little nugget of nonsense.

It didn't change the MP experience so much as fundamentally skewed it. There are plenty of threads on lag-switching, script-kiddies, host advantage, cross-ocean matchmaking, et al. So I won't go into much detail here.

In trying to make the game "balanced," at least in their words, they made the game completely unbalanced and broken in many aspects.

Actually, it seems to be getting even more people playing. According to Steam's stats, MW2 hit a peak of almost 103,000 players today. This is the highest I've seen it, and I check that list almost every day.

He was quoting Kodakk and kodakk wasn't talking about the 360.

What I got from it was:

"Yea Kodakk, I agree... and on the 360 everyone has figured out how to be as cheap and boring as possible."

The game (in general) is already starting to lose it."

You can use common sense, too. 60k players on the 360, and 100k on the PC? Do you honestly think that the 360 would have less players than the PC? lol...

                          MW2 is a better sequel.
I played L4D2 for a few days and got bored of it. It doesnt have the feeling the first one had. Nothing about it wants me to go back to it, unlike the first one which I still play at times.

Looking at your age, it makes perfect sense. Youre probably blown away at Super Marios plot twist... IW even put Hans Zimmer in to write a score for the game, just so younglings could recognize some "cool" names. MW2 story is literally stupid, gameplay absolutely boring and non-challenging. I cant believe people are defending MW2-s single player.

                              Don't generalize, Chris.

                                He's completely right, though.

The MW2 campaign is not a work of literary genius, it's extremely cliched, to say the least. Just look at the snowmobile scene; you're running away from Russians in Kazakhstan and jump a giant chasm to escape. This isn't modern warfare, it's James Bond. Even a James Bond movie is more unpredictable than this, unfortunately.
