Tell me one default map that is suitable (as in, allows free movement) of more than 18 players - which I still think is a little high.

Go play a round of 5v5 SD on the maps and it will feel much different (and better) than 25+ TDM's.

Only if you're talking about custom maps. But for the stock ones that came with the game, they were all designed for Console server numbers of 14-16 total players or less. But there are some massive custom maps out there designed for large servers.

Disagreeing with someone isn't "ripping it apart". This is a discussion forum...if you can't put up with having your thoughts discussed, you shouldn't post them (especially when you ask people for comments, but then you don't seem to handle the criticism well (same as in your video thread)).

Much of what you wrote in your original post in this thread aren't considered major issues by most people here. They're things new players generally complain about, until they learn to adapt.

Firsty, I call BS on your "They're things new players generally complain about, until they learn to adapt" Comment. I hear Vets of COD2 and etc who have been playing COD4 for a while now and they ***** about the same things I do. So don't give me a lie about who says what.

Also, if you have not noticed, That is how the total boards work. Someone posts a thread about whatever. People talk about the topic for about 5 or 6 posts. Then someone disagrees with someone else's post, then comes the reply post spam and now we are on about page 4 or 5, with pages 2,3,4 and 1/3 of 5 filled with just people disagreeing with eachother and no one talking about the topic at all. It happens on EVERY thread in the total forums.

Also there is a different before Criticism and Constructive criticism.
Constructive criticism Being that you see the problems with something, but instant of being a total A-s-s, you calmy and nicey explain the problems and give fixes to it.
Criticism, on the other hand, Is just someone being a total A-s-s and just stating that you can't do this or that and making the person's idea seem impossble to do or fix.

Maybe that`s cause CoD2 is nothing like CoD4 when it comes to weapons, perks, etc. Hell, even the recoil is handled (or rather the "after effect") in CoD4.
They ***** about the same things you do cause it`s new to them and aren`t used to dealing with such things.

You make think people are attacking you, but anytime someone disagrees, you get overly defensive about something. If you want to complain about something, feel free to do so. But if someone complains back and disagrees, they're neither right nor wrong either. It's not like we're arguing whether 1+1=2 here. I believed that your complaints were what newer players to the game complained about also, but some people (as I can see by harsh comments) choose to express their counter-opinion differently than others.

Basically, everyone just needs to simma down na. :)

Why have it become "official" that all these random things be what you want (Many of your concerns are the first time I've heard them), when you can just play on a modded server, or play in a league with certain rules.

I would love not to use the weapons I hate, BUT COD4 makes you have to use them so you can get all th kills and headshots needed to get each weapon in all the colors so you can get the golden weapons. And you all need to stop saying "adapt", because you can not with COD4 at all.

Having a gold weapon won't make you a more 1337 player and it doesn't look good either. And the only weapon that you might use in gold is the AK47 (because who use the MiniUzi anyway?)

I've played the game for about 230 hours according to xfire and I don't have a single golden weapon which is pretty cool :p
