Call of Duty 4 isn't a fact-based game. It's essentially like BF2 is, an arcade style FPS in the sense that, the guns/enviroment are designed for people to fire at each other, jump around alot and blow **** up.

If you do not like the G3, don't use the G3, it's pretty simple. For every person that loves something in a game, usually there is someone that hates it, so if IW was to listen to everyones feedback, they would be chasing their tails constantly.

One last thing, keep the BF: Heroes discussion to the BF forums please. :)

Well, from like what I said in my first post, I am getting all the weapons and stuff again, so for me that means I like to get everything unlocked and it is not that I dislike the G3, it is just that why can't it be auto in multiplayer like it is in single player? Doesn't make the game more or less unbalanced.

K, most of your complaints, if changed, would make the game unbalanced and just boring.

I can understand why people are frusturated with martydom, but I fail to understand why you can't just run away after hearing the nade drop. Do you have headphones?... Laststand is way more annoying to me. No matter how many bullets you put into the guy from the time he falls till he pulls out his pistol, he still seems to always get at least one shot off. Basically from the time he falls till he hits the ground he can't be killed. Overall though I'm fine with the perks.

As some people have said, playing on smaller servers is the way to go. These maps are way too small for more than like 12v12. I try to stick to anywhere from 5v5 to 9v9ish...

You don't think I try to run away from them? Almost everytime, but sometimes I feel the need to throw it, so my teammates don't get killed as well from the grenade. Also goes on smaller servers doesn't really help / hard to find any server in COD4 that is only half full or even with only a few people on them.

I threw my PC out the window with all the major BF2 patches that changed the gameplay every month. Just as you got used to everything about BF2, they change it. Then you get used to it again, and they change it some more. Trust me, change = bad, especially this late in the game. People need to stop complaining and just start adapting... the game can't revolve around you and what you think it should be, but the developers idea of it. That's why games are so unique.

Nonsense. Use your server browser to sort by number of players (and adjust your filters to not show empty servers). If you're having trouble with your browser, use the server list feature through XFire. If you don't have XFire, use Game-Monitor.com .

There're thousands of servers, and plenty of them have 16 players or less.

I played BF2 for 2 years through all those hellish patches and had my fun. I just got bored after a while and just uninstalled it and all th booster packs and SP. COD4 is a great game, just the MP needs some fixing

Just adapt, no need to strip the game of most of the features cause some can`t handle em.

I do not hate the game at all and I think it can be pretty awesome at times. But when these little things get to you, it makes it hard to see COD4 the same again. and Battlefield Heroes is a poor excuse of a TF2 clone, sorry to say.

Go play it, its nothing like TF2.

Yeah, at first I assumed Heroes was going to be very similar to TF2, mainly because of the graphics. However, after getting in the beta for BF:H it is a much different game, almost zero similarities.

The G3 is one of the more powerful weapons in game. In singleplayer, balance isn't as much of an issue, but in multiplayer, they wanted it to have a downside so people with the G3 wouldn't always win against someone with an M4 or an AK. Making it semi-auto balanced it.

Well you could make that argument but i think someone is going to get paid to make a texture, cell shaded or normal. Also TF2 is one of the best looking games i have ever played.

The best advice i can give you and belivie me it is, is just go to 16, 18 slots or 20 slots servers. The maps are not made for 32-60 slots.

Cant agree, there are maps for large numbers of players.
Of course if u want to play 14v14 in large and good/tested maps then come and join www.bfecod.com
