What's the point of the Ghillie Suit if you can't hide?

Had a blast today on my clans sever

Was overgrown, had a M21. Went prone in some grass. A whole squad 3-5 people, walked right past me. Didnt see me at all!! Went to crouch, and knifed all of them. Best fun I've ever had! Ever!

I'll pick up an automatic to substitute my sniper on ghillie maps, and I will literally take out 1/2 to their whole team from behind.

The ghillie suit is amazing,use ti to snkea behind enemys all the time,it works really nice on bog to :)

It definitely works... I've had people walk right by me while I'm in a ghillie suit.

But, you'll have a sniper across your back or your automatic when you aren't equipping it.

This is probably the only time weapon camo comes into play. A desert camo SVD will stand out way more than a woodland camo M40.

But it really doesn't hamper you too much, you're still hard to notice.

I usually run when i need to get from place A to B fast, or when changin location.

But if i see enemies in barn(for example), i go up from the side of the bridge(near gas station) and soon as i get to the grass i go prone.

There is no point runnin to the middle of the field then prone and hope that no-one didn't see u..
