Hello, I am not asking for your sympathy guys, I was asking for technical help. If you wish to offer sympathyh please go ahead but it is not expected.

As for my flame war with Dairuka, just remember one thing before you form opinions.Read the thread. Never did I begin with insults (unless you count geeks as one......but me being a geek I don't think that is valid)

For some reason he chose his opening post to me to be insulting (

? Because I asked a question...yeah..makes sense) so I responded in kind. He is probably a lovely guy but if you care to go over the thread you will see that I am not one to open a war of flames. Ever. Anyway,"bottom dewller" is not that bad, it's my real name for Christs sake!

Well I found a way to get unbanned from the situation I was talking about.

Off topic an_evil_dwarf, but do you by any chance fly the DeHavilland Dash 8? Or do you fly Boeing 737-400s? I'm interested in joining an airline, and want to know what it takes, i.e: which subjects to take up in school and what degrees to aim for in uni. Also, have you ever flown a CAT III approach?

My online gaming career didn't start with BF2.

Instead it started with Ultima Online back in early 1998. The game itself was pretty choppy, and the PvP was exceptionally difficult and ungratifying in comparison to modern day PvP games, but the whines screamed on the web-forums from the newbies who you've shanked and stolen from, were blissful and heartening to my eyes an ears. (I was an angsty teenager afterall)

The arguements and grudges that resulted from those actions made the game extremely immersive.

To this day I have yet to play a game where every little thing I do has a direct impact on my reputation in an online community.

IGN was one of the first decent web-forums out there, alongside UO Stratics.

I still occasionally post on http://vnboards.ign.com - although since I don't play MMORPG's anymore, I've cutback drastically. I mostly troll the off-topic forums there.
