Your video shows that you definitally have a knack for stealth. You also have a knack for putting yourself in a favorable position against people who are essentially helpless to an easy headshot.

I disagre with your, 'don't stand up' advice however. If you're put in a 50m standoff with a player with an automatic weapon. Standing up is pivotal, however, you must both aim quick and shoot quick, so that you can crouch and prone back down before he can retaliate with his own gunfire. Then you can just stand up again, and take another potshot before he can close in. Thats the Designated Marksman way!

btw when baseraping and if you dont want to steal the jet but you can rush in close, place 2 clays on both sides of the jet facing the cockpit.
1. sit in a building and snipe people far away....(kinda boring)
2. I like to g2 a city map and lay prone in an alley and snipe advancing soldiers...i have a pretty decent reflex and usually i can kill like a machine gunner face to face with a sniper and a pistol.
Best way to train is in no vehicle servers. have patience... im just happy i play cs too...very challenging game and you prob have 1 second to kill a person before they take ur head off

They seem to all line up knowing they will take a headshot... but still do it, on the offchance they actually get to take off :laugh:
Good tactics but are you as good a sniper on a non baserape map?
Sharqi for instance? I love sharqi for sniping. I have a GREAT spot which i will NEVER EVER give away!

That's odd, I can't stand sniping using the mouse for precision, I always aim at the general direction and move forwards, backwards and across to line up the shot, far easier to track a target like that.
Anyone else?
Of couse, I play with high sensitivity so that's a factor.

Do people here agree that you need a sensitive mouse to snipe well. For example I have some kinda logitec click optical thing, and you cant line up shots from far away (like their heads only a few tiny pixels big), as when you move the mouse even slightly, you can NEVER line it up.
yeah he's got a point about that... wish i could snipe better, sometimes when i aim at the middle of their head, it somehow goes through, because it doens't register as a hit...???
