While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Another important thing to remember when sniping is this: You do not have to kill every enemy you see. If you spot a large mob of enemies, in some cases sniping off one of them will set them on alert and they will begin looking for snipers, and one of their own snipers may find you. If the enemy is too much of a threat, simply spot it for your team and keep surveillance without engaging.
BS you can become a good sniper in one night you CANT become a PRO niper in on night.
I spent foive hours straight baseraping with the m95 on daqing oilfield at close medium and long range and i learned to lead, compensate and bullet drop, every rifle is different and if you practice with them for a few hours straight youll eventually get a "feel" for the bullets travel, just remember that if you missed, try to aim a little higher if it's a long range shot, or lower if you think you thought there was more bulelt dorp than there was, or try to lead the target by a little more or less.

To be perfectly honest,
I would say I'm a fine sniper... And I move around alot!
If you get under 1 kill in two minutes move...
I don't know these maps too well so I just move aroudn slowly.
The only thing I'm really afraid of is other enemy snipers which is why when i find my spot i make sure I'm only hittable from 2 or less directions and I scout them out fast...
Get your commander to UAV the area you wanan go in if its possible... 3 kill and 0 deaths is nice, But isnt 41-5 nicer?

why does this thread have over 80,000 views? karkand and jala are good for snipers too since clays are effective. also it helps to use your scope to see if anyone is around the area you are moving too before they see you.
Mr. Wannabe Sniper, in order to help you i need to know exactly what kind of sniper you wannabe. Theres two kinds. You can be the sniper that conspicuous, sitting in a remote corner or you can be the kind of sniper I am. The pain in the a** sniper.
When I snipe I aim to be the biggest pain in the a** for the opposing team. Im the sniper that stays close enough to the action to back my team up. Im the sniper that shoots you 1st right before my teammate puts 2 slugs in you. Leaving you calling hack because it looked like his g36 dropped u in 2 shots.
As for that comment on not shooting at everyone. I disagree. I shoot at any opponent that is moving. The way I look at it is that Im detering that person/group from accomplishing what ever they were originally set out for.
Also remember that snipers are extremely fast. Use that speed to your advantage. Try not to spam claymores and nades just anywhere. Use them strategically. They have helped me take out entire squads many times.
Most of the above advice seem to be decent but 1st decide exactly what you want to accomplish on the battlefield and hone your playing style to better accomplish the task.
