    Your mother was neither.

I dont think you should be getting into this, as he delivered his point 99% of people would agree with anyway and youre just being a jerk.

Its getting a little off topic here.

Lets clear a few things up. I learnt to solo in SP. Spent about 1hr 1 day and became proficient at soloing a long time ago. Its not as hard as the solo'ers make it out to be. In fact you don't need to be able to fly well to solo. Most solo'ers I have come across can't fly. In fact most have no clue how to line their gunner up and use their crosshair to point at the target. Most are good with the TV's but that's about it. Is that the real reason you don't take copilots and whine when they can't hit anything because you have no clue where to aim and how to line them up for an easy shot?

I'm suprised Sloi you would go to all that effort to make heli tutorial vids yet you won't actually give anyone a go and teach them 1 on 1 or maybe that's why you made the tutorial vids so you don't have to do that?

I enjoy teaching guys how to gun and fly. Only though if they join my squad and communicate on VOIP. I cannot stand a copilot who won't join my squad. If you won't communicate over VOIP, then I agree with the solo'ers that they are useless. So for all you gunners, join the pilots squad, or make a squad and invite the pilot. Communication is the key for a good 2 man heli crew.

However I have come across a few gunners who are somewhat in sync with what I want them to do. Some I don't need to say a word, I simply line them up and they take out the target, though its rare.

A good 2 man crew is only as good as the communication between them. Obviously solo'ers don't have that disadvantage. But good communication and 2 sets of eyes is way better than a solo'er.

The key as the solo'ers have said is practice in SP. Bots are useless learn how to solo (omg did I just say that) Yes learn how to solo in SP. Then you know how to gun. But flying for a gunner you need to learn where to aim and no its not the crosshairs.

That's been my experience yes. Most solo'ers who I have gunned for can't fly. All they do is fly up high, they can't do even basic manouvers. No i'm not putting Sloi in that class. All I'm saying is that has been my experience with some who think they are good solo'ers.

When it comes to lining me up they are pointing the nose too low. What else am I to think but they don't know where to aim for a copilot?

                        Re: people flying choppers single....

I just fly chopper in my favourite servers, most players know me. I always give gunners a chance but if they cant even find a missile there are going out of bounds followed by a remark, have fun reading a chopperguide, come back if u done that. Call me an a-sshole, call me a prick, im not. I dont expect everyone to hit all i point out, we all have to learn, but the basics can be learned in sp...

Bf2 should take over the bootcamp as in America's Army before it would even let players be able to play online or get in a chopper before doing so, simple sollution and the whole solo choop prick attitude would be gone forever, since its simply more fun to fly together. Blame dice....

The SMS server allows all tactics, hooray for not being uptight(no offense, I don't necessarily mean you TGG, just crap server rules in general, I can understand soloing, but other rules can be ridiculous).

                          BF2 has soloing.

CS has the AWP quick switch, and the glock fire switch.

Far Cry HAD the SAW, the binoc bug(which I heard somewhere to implement binos in BF2, horrid idea).

Just take it with a grain of salt and remember, EA...It's in The Game

I would much rather give the information generally to reach out and touch everyone

Besides, I'm horribly impatient as a teacher. I expect too much, too quickly... it's better that I keep it to videos. For everyone's sake!

The number of horribaddie gunners far outway the decent-good ones. Unless I know you or you actually tell me you are decent, you aren't getting in the gunner's seat Period. Its really not that hard to learn on your own, practice on empty servers untill you are decent.
