You have to remember that not everyone likes Karkand for the points. I am a huge fan of tight, close-quater combat with a small mix of vehicles here and their. Before coming to BF2, I played DF:BHD, a close-quater combat gamers heaven, with several different maps all devoted to knife range gun fights. So its only natural that when I came to BF2, I fitted into Karkand quite nicely, not just because its a points haven.
I fancy myself a round at Kubra Dam here and there, because I immensly enjoy flying the F-18, but sometimes theres nothing that beats a good ole' round of Karkand, because its far less running, its easy to find the enemy, and you dont have to worry about annoying nuisances like heli or plane whores. Granted alot of players only play karkand for the points, but I myself enjoy it for other reasons.
