Re: Talk English or be kicked!

I think there is nothing wrong with having to speak the language of the server. I know from experience as being a server admin of many different games that I want to be able to know what they are saying in my servers.

I would never go into a foreign server because of that fact & also the ping issues! Luckily being in the USA, I have many choices of servers to go into from my country. I would definately LOVE to be bi/tri/quad lingual but ... unfortunately you can't teach old dogs new tricks LMAO!! I have more important issues in my life then to try to speak new languages.

I also AGREE TOTALLY with Rocket Child about the Southern Hospitality of the Mid West (GOTTA love them Country Girls)& about the East Coasters being arrogant snooty pompous arses. I moved up here (Pa) a couple years ago & OMG!!!!! These people don't say hello when you pass by them, they act as if they're S**T don't stink, they start to cross the street against the green light expecting you to go from 40 to 0 in 50ft! I could go on & on about these dang Yanks!! LOL I will be glad to get back to the "Southern Hospitality" (Country Women lol) that I love.

Of Course I could do without those damn Tornadoes though! ACCCCK!!!

If I was in the same room as you right now I'd ram your racist teeth down your mother f*cking neck.

I could mention all the non-white people in one of the THREE countries I've lived in.

I am really starting to hate reverse racism....

Talk up all the countries you've lived in boy... cuz I've lived America (Seattle), Singapore, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Thailand (Koh Samui), Indonesia (Batam), Papua New Guinea (Kikori), China (Sanya and ZiangJiang), Australia (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth & Kalgoorlie), New Zealand (Wellington), The United Arab Emirates (Sharja), England (London), and even that 'sunny' little town you call Vancouver, Canada. And Calgary... but I don't talk about that one. Not Visited... lived. So when I say Americans can be nice enough people, but as a whole, pretty ignorant, it's because I have something to compare it to. But if you think I'm racist because I think most americans are ignorant, then you're not railing about racism, you're railing against people that speak differently than you. And if you think there's such a thing as "reverse racism", then you haven't been discriminated against. And frankly... you're just stupid.

As a way of a "for instance", I've had American College students, when finding out I lived in Canada, having polite conversation with me, theorizing that... "If the North Pole, is like... really really cold. Does that mean like the South Pole is like really really hot?". I've had a conversation with an American when living in the UAE, that thought that the three countries that make up Great Britain were... "Well, I don't know the last one, but England, Scotland, and Switzerland.". I've had americans that wouldn't accept the fact that the north pole is an ocean. I won't bring up the examples of the "Kangaroos jumping down the street in Australia". These were educated, and well-travelled people.

So when I say ignorant. I mean Ignorant. Nice enough... and as a whole, pretty friendly. Not as friendly as your average Thai, but friendly none-the-less. But not too quick on the ol' "knowing what the hell they're talking about" front. I can see why you like the place. You fit right in.

And don't get me started on Canadians. In order to fit in THAT place, you need to have a surgical procedure known as a "Charisma By-Pass"

Mi favorite tiempo cuando tenía once anos era cuando mi equipo de baloncesto ganabamos el partido de ciudad. Gustaba baloncesto cuando tenía once anos. Cuando tenía once anos vida era excelente.
