70 ish on most servers. But my clan server its 40.

server browser shows about 100-180ms
while in the game I have 30-50ms

I usually play on servers with a ping around 20 i have played on servers up to a 150 ping though and there is a big difference on the 150 ping servers i die more against certain players but when there on a uk servers i kill them more.
Lowest ping ive actually have seen anyone have is Frank?????? in the Tc clan on the Tc server he regulary has a ping under 10 (on my screen anyway).

i play ea UK servers mainly and get 10-20 ping

obviously if i were to play on a usa server i would get up to 200 or more,so i stick to uk servers.

i have tried german and other EURO servers and get 30-40 ping whitch is ok.

anything higer than 40 is a no-no in my book.

My ping is usually between 30-90 depending on server. (I dont joint slower ones) I'm happy with 60 or less...

i get 30 to 90. if i get more than 100 the server is bad. once in a swedish server i got 8 ping! anyone got any less?

Ideally 0 is a good ping for me, although I never get it.
Under 100. is best for me..My new favorite server the 907th I get 70.

Anything 599 or less is good for me, I have satelite high speed, average around 625 :o

I have been online gaming for years. Getting close to 10. Standard rule has been anything less then 200 is still playable. 250 or more is too high, others will likely see you lagging.

The lower the better.

I am sure this will open the debate about high pings and affecting other players with a low ping. IMO the jury is out on that one, I have seen both sides.

I would like you to play on a server with 150 Ping and say it's playable

I never lag in high ping servers. I usually stay between 10 - 40. Depending on where the server is located in the world.

For BF2 I have my favorites list packed with servers that are less than a 90 ping to me, but like others have said less than 200 should be playable.

I average 15-25 on my favorite servers.

I will play on 125+ servers often though if I want to play EF. It just sucks to fly gunner when you have that high of a ping.

Doesn't 0 ping usually signify an error?

Anything under 150 ping is good for me.
