sadly about 750 clams. $39.99 for the game and soon to be SF and about $650 for a new graphics card.

Video Card = £150
New Mouse = £20
2 `1 GB RAM = 200 ( One out of the two does not work, to much , my pc = crap )
Sound Card = £60
Super Glue = £5 ( Hold pc together while playing bf2 )
New monitor = £120
New Keyboard = £15 ( Old one stopped responding ( KILL WIRELESS ) )
Battlefield 2 = £39
Battlefield SF = £20

i bought a whole new computer, and monitor. total of around 1800. just for bf2. the first time i saw the trailer i was sold.

i plan on getting an amd 64 x2 4200 when amd has there major price drop. that processor at $240 usd. cant beat it.

i considered doing the same thing but decided just to go with a new graphics card and hope 4 the best.

i payed $80 for bf2 and sf. the day i bought bf2 i went to turn on my pos dell and it died. i was forced to by a new computer so i don't know if that counts. i would have gotten a new one even if i didnt buy bf2. built system my self so only spent about $900-$1000. i was able to save some money since the monitor,speakers,soundcard, and harddrives were still good from old system or else i would have spent much more.

You wont find a cheaper form of entertainment.

Not only all the trailers but when the first day bf2 demo came out I was sold! I bloody love it. So far I've bought:

SF - $40
EF+AF - $25
Bose TriPort headphones - $200
New computer - $2200
New monitor to enjoy the eyecandy - $660
New keyboard - $90
New mouse - 80$

Total: $3400 (give or take a couple hundred)

I still love bf2 alot.

After purchasing BF2, BF2: SF, BF2: EF and BF2: AF, I have dumped about $100 USD into the game.
