i'll post the video once EA/DICE releases a fix for this glitch. the video shows how to do it so i don't want the n00b server admins to do it or ppl who are friends with server admins to get a few easy hundred points by doing the commander glitch.

now, i'm surprised they haven't done anything yet to the #5 guy - [N)@(M]Kain!

in case you don't know what happened...

[N)@(M]Kain got his EXPERT knife and pistol badges on the 7th of March. coincidentally, he was found on a Knife and Pistol server the NEXT day:

Host your images online with an easy to use image uploader, albums, photo hosting, sharing, dynamic image resizing on web and mobile.

IndianScout, who is the BF2 ROE Director knew about this and reported it to bf2rankedservers.com:

but still, more than a month has passed and nothing has been done. whereas they were sort of quick to react to the FireStorm video. i guess once [N)@(M]Kain moves to the top spot THEN they'll do something...

The Battlefield 2 ranking system has added a whole new dynamic to the game. Now we got people on the forums uncovering stats scandals. I'm glad I play fairly or I'd be scared of you guys . Good work.

I can categorically state that BF2RS did not report Firestorm to EA.

I have thought for quite awhile that they ought to just decide on a maximum achievable round score, and just not let you get more then that. Or, just reset everybody who has more.....What would this number be? Good question....IMO somone who gets over about 300 points is definitely doing somehtin fishy. I know in the days of Blackhawk whorrage these kind of numbers were obtainable, but it seems reasonable to me. They should also have a best round limit that is an automatic reset, like if they see anything over 500 points IAR....my 2 bits.

FireStorm has his own server. FireStorm is ALWAYS the commander. back when i was still playing BF2 regularly, he would often do the commander glitch during the wee hours in the morning or there aren't a lot of ppl (or they're all his friends). he would only do it for a couple thousand points or sometimes, just a few hundred.

Firestorm does NOT have his own server, he is an Admin for MoonGamers. His stats, before this, would have told you that he is not ALWAYS the Commander, he would command approx 50% of his time. So now, two of your "facts" are false, and to be honest I would have to see the "proof" you submitted before believing this. I don't know you, but I do know him.

Jealousy of another person, especially over stats in a game, is really pathetic.

I just got over 300 points this weekend commanding on a low player 64 map server... it's definitely possible.

I don't think I would feel comfortable playing if I knew there was a system that automatically reset my stats, especially if they didn't fully disclose exactly what you need to do to reset your stats.

You're splitting hairs, obviously the guy didn't mean firestorm had never played as non-commander and whether he admins a server or outright owns it, the end result is the same: he has the means. He was in a tight race on the leaderbord so you know he had the motive. Obviously there was some substance to what this person is claiming if firestorms stats got reset.

And so is cheating to get said stats up really high.
