Ok my question is, what are your system specs. Do you meet the system requirements?

IT WILL NOT BE FUN AT ALL YOUR WHOLE GAME WILL BE 1 BIG GLITCH. you wont know whats going on. Dont waist your money or 3 days trying to load in a srver. Get a job and get broadband. Dont you want your own money. If your to young clean neibors yards or something. Hell ill mail u $7 for your first month of dsl.

I know how it is not having broadband. I had aol dialup for many many years before i got cable broadband. I tried playing BF1942 back in the day with a 56k connection and even that, a 5 year old game was unplayable. I suggest getting a job and saving up for years worth of broadband and tell your parents they dont have to pay a dime. Thats what did.

This aint the answer you want to hear but playing bf2 on dialup is like a fat guy running after an icecream truck. It just wont happen.

lol just attempted it on my game, at my mates house.

It was so funny and it took so long. When i loaded up i lagged the whole server out lol

I think ill stick with my 2mb line at mine!

Get cable, dsl is slow and a ripoff

Trust me 50 bucks a month gets me a whopping 350 kb/s download speed

                      Stupid bellsouth

Yes. I have a P4 2.4 GHz, 512mb RAM, GeForce FX 5600. Not much, but it meets the minimum at least.

My laptop has 512mb RAM on it and a GMA 900 intergrated solution for graphics. I think the processor is some 1.6 GHz thingy, it's most likely a mobile Intel solution.

no, but i was referring to the library, i mean come on, it's a library...it's good enough they give u free book, now u want free signals?
Yeah, the local library allows anyone to bring a laptop in and tap into their wireless signal, if you have a library card (which I have) and they have a set 2 hour limit. I can just go into a corner, plug my laptop's power plug into the wall, type in my card number, and I'm good to go. But then, I could only play on Saturday... On Sunday's it's closed, and I'm not going to bother to head over there after school.

You could just buy a few hundred dollars worth of cat5 cable off newegg and run it all the way to your house :P
