Julien Merceron, the overseer on the Fox Engine, has reportedly quit Konami. The news originally broke on Gameblog (via IGN).
Merceron joined Konami in 2013 as the Worldwide Technology Director. During this time, he oversaw the creation of the Fox Engine and its use in both the Pro Evolution Soccer franchise and Metal Gear Solid V. Before that, he worked at IO Interactive, Eidos, Crystal Dynamics, and Square Enix.
