A lawsuit involving Infinite Warfare went nowhere in a hurry.

In July 2022, a lawsuit against Activision Blizzard was dismissed because the plaintiffs did not play enough Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. This is part of the actual ruling made by a judge in the Southern California District Court as relayed by Kotaku.

PlayStation 4 owners get their first go at the new "Continuum" DLC for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. The Sabotage DLC for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will arrive on the PlayStation 4 first on January 31. Other platforms "will follow" so you can probably safely assume that it will be a month before Xbox and PC get their hands on it.

This DLC includes a new Zombies experience plus four new multiplayer maps.

Just a word of warning here that if you plan on purchasing Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, you should probably avoid the Windows 10 Store version. These versions will NOT feature multiplayer with other PC users that didn't purchase from the Windows 10 Store. This also applies to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.
