Developer Ken Levine has a rather impressive list of titles under his belt. He has worked on games such as Thief: The Dark Project, System Shock 2, and the first three mainline BioShock titles. New 2K Studio Confirmed to be Working on Next BioShock Game

The first project for the new Cloud Chamber is the next entry in the BioShock series.

2K just announced today that they have opened up a new game development studio under their publishing umbrella. The new studio is called Cloud Chamber and will have not one but two different locations for their operations. The team will operate both out of 2K's San Francisco Bay Area HQ in Novato, CA in addition to a new location in Montreal, Quebec. This marks the first Canadian office for 2K....

Rumor: New BioShock in Development from 2K

According to some quick investigative work by Kotaku's Jason Schreier, a "top-secret" 2K studio is working on a "top-secret" new BioShock game. Schreier found this out while reporting on a story about Hangar 13 and how that studio lost its way with Mafia III.

This should probably not come as too big of a surprise to anybody. It will be interesting to see how this new BioShock game fares without Ken Levine and Irrational Games.

BioShock is Coming to iOS

2K announced today that BioShock is making its way to iOS devices. Yes, it's the original game that's been "optimized (for) touch controls" and includes Made for iPhone (MFi) game controller support. The game will be released later this Summer and will be "premium priced."

Sadly, this seems to be what 2K was teasing the other day. Their "bite the apple" teaser image sure does make a lot more sense now, doesn't it? Oh well....
