In speaking with Eurogamer, Sony's Shuhei Yoshida talked about many things. Of those many things was a quick discussion on remakes and remasters of old franchises on new hardware. in NewsSony Apologizes for Boring "Powers" Section of E3 2014 Conference
Sony's Shuhei Yoshida said that the Powers part of the E3 2014 Sony conference was a mistake. Undoubtedly, fans and those watching all agreed that whatever momentum that conference had was destroyed with talking heads and a lengthy segment on a new series called Powers.
"We spent too much time talking about Powers, so we could have made [that] a bit shorter. So that was a mistake."
Yes, yes it was.

in NewsPlayStation 4 to Eventually Support Music CDs and MP3 Playback
Oddly enough, the PlayStation 4 is shipping without the ability to play MP3s or even music CDs, which understandably upset some fans. Fortunately, Sony's Shuhei Yoshida promises that the features will be coming eventually.
"The biggest surprise for us all internally at Sony was there are so many people who passionately reacted to our announcement that there's no MP3 support or CD support on day one. The focus has been more on the game features. Some of the features we wanted but we couldn't... -
