You should be moderating, or posting real news, not interviewing people who are interested damaging the game & community.

True, we may be that catalyst that attributes to the awareness of cheating, however, that is not the purpose or goal of this article, it's to raise awareness of the subject matter rather than to disect and bash the interviewee.

Think of it this way, if it wasn't us, it would be someone else. It's not like it's hard to find these ressources anyway. Anyone with half a brain can find anything they want on the internet.

Its funny how irrational some of the attacks on this guy are just because he hacks and people are flipping out. I think its hilarious that people care so much about this game. If you can't sit down and say to yourself, "Okay, maybe if I don't freak out and call the guy every random name I can think of, peope will listen to my opinion and think I have a brain." But noooo, you didn't want that! No way! Its impossible to have any kind of debate here because of the immaturity that comes with 90% of this community. I honestly can't play one game anymore without someone who is frustrated accusing me of hacking and ultimately distracting me. Its not as fun as it used to be, you know. Everyone is obsessed with this hacking garbage. Life isn't perfect and never will be. I suggest you do yourself (and me. more like just me) and get over this. In the end, you can't tell someone what to do and if they are motivated to hack, thats exactly what they will do. For everyone that types "you hacker! you werent even aiming at me!!!!!11111" get over yourself. Some people have even gone as far as to lecture me on how my accuracy isn't that great after looking at my stats for 10 minutes. Just seems like a waste of life caring about what other people are doing in a video game.

and since when is this guy an authoritive source for how many people get banned and "buy" a new key? Most likely, they didn't buy their first key. This is absolute rubbish. Who's runnin this site?

Come on guys, anyone who knows anything about journalism knows that you should present both sides! I would not want to be left in the dark about BF2 related news that affects me! TotalBF2 would be remiss to avoid posting all "bad" news. It would be a disservice to US!

This article advocates hacking? Well, would an interview with Charles Manson promote a bunch of people to be murderers? I don't think so. But it helps us to know what the black hats over there are thinking. It promotes this community to nag at EA moreso than ever!

IMO, I found this article very enlightening.

He likes WoW, and hacks in his spare time (god i hope its only in his spare time and doesn't dedicate his life to this)

This doesn't make me angry, or anything. Makes me laugh. Feel sorry for these type of people in the world...but hey it's their life not mine.

Positives that you can take from this is that, well....he doesn't like stat padders? There you go something good about this guy ....

I used to have the numbers on the amount of hackers who actually get hired by big name companies like AT&T or Norton due to their honed skills. Hell, there was a case about 6 years ago where a kid hacked into some government mainframe and now he works for the Pentagon.

Before you bash these people, maybe you should view it in a different light, considering 95% of you have never encountered someone who hacked, come to the understanding that these people probably have some serious skills on the computer.

Should they be praised? No. Should they be the butt of baseless jokes? No. They should be seen as what they are. It's just like the title says, "From the Dark Side". You've all seen Star Wars. Doesn't the Dark side have skills too?

It's the sign of a good interview if you can get a sparked debate or controversy from it :)

I personally found it to be an interesting interview. Obviously, it is a perspective that is completely opposed to my own, which is likely what made it interesting. I don't think I'll ever understand the personalities that would rather break than create though.

Some folks say that the sign of a truely great online game is how many fan sites, mods and cheaters it creates. Which makes BF2 pretty damn great!

I stand by my deleted comments. Hackers/Cheaters are the lowest of scum in the gaming community. The fact that they dont want to enjoy the game like everyone else and ruin the gaming experience for everyone else just shows how pathetic they are as human beings.
