I like the headshot change, because theres nothing more annoying than getting a ninja style knife kill, for it only to be shown as a headshot and no ones knows about it.

At least now it will be shown as a headknife! and everyone will love ya!

i probably wont deal with it, ive been playing cs for 4 years almost (since beta 7) and this is BY FAR the crappiest update.



THEY HAVE RUINED THE GAME.



im switching back to 1.5, and i hope others do too. this made the game completely not fun, the xhairs are stupid huge, its impossible to shoot pistol at long range now with any accuracy, the awp thing is... well... wow, the utter stupidity of that is amazing. lets take something that people have been mastering for years, and change it cause some lamer noob who has been playing for 1 week cant kill them!!! GOOD IDEA!! who cares about the people who currently play? we only want more people to buy the game!!!



steam/valve/everyone involved with these changes needs to pull their heads out of the collective ass and realize they are destroying what was once a great game.

i really hope they make the crosshairs normal size. its so much harder to see where you're aiming at.

hmm well...all in all it aint that bad, i love a little change..or in this case, a complete make over, the x-hairs arent that bad, much harder to aim = new skill, so all of that are 'here for 4 years already' an bitch about it, i guess YOU are the noobs...u get better when the game gets harder ya know, the awp = u get better with it as well, use it as advantage..and the hs symbols, good idea, i love the deagle as well its not nearly as random, good work valve, i like the radar too but i was hoping for more of an opaque-adjuster to make it more or less clear, but w/e works i suppose, keep it up, - teh smurf

I think that the changes are all in all pretty good.

Apart from the scout delay thing. Just awful.

OK fixed. I was told they had and i went in game and they "sounded" faster but it was probably a placebo effect!

I agree with smurfzilla about the crosshairs. Only addition that is more skillful. Got aim? :o



as for the awp.. wow? wait, that need caps and an exclamation point.. WOW! It was bad enough when they took out the true "quickswitch" a long time ago. Now this is just taking it way to far!



people like Dirtball are the reason the game is nerfed. He loves the new awp delay cuz hes a noob.... he hates the new xhairs because its harder for him to aim.. because he's a noob.



sorry to point you out dirtball.. but ppl like you are the reason. No doubt about that.
