My Fucking Steam wont even get past the login says that I'm not connected to the Internet... Last I checked I was.... Also last time i checked it was less bugy before they finalised this

hell yea they should've just made small updates to get this to where it is. And another thing when i downloaded the cache version i never had to incert a cd key. hmm this is wierd

#1477 It auto Detects the CD Key incase you lost it like some of us and dont know how to find it though regedit

If you do the regular Steam update without downloading cache files separately, you don't have to enter a CD key, right? I didn't and I have played.

um i dont have hl installed though nor do i have cs installed I did but i dont know. unless the cd key hides its self somewhere on my HD

#1480 You computer will save it in the Registry even if it is uninstalled unless you clean your registry

I did get the cached version. I'm lucky enough to have DSL, but anyone still on 56K is screwed.
