man..... so gay......... i got an account going on my only email address... and everytime i even try to log onto steam... it says cannot connect to steam network........... uber gayness =(

ive been slowly battling steam... some times i can push it back and other times... lets not speak of those times...



i got up to the part where i try to get into a server and it says "validating resouces..." and it freezes and then crashes



2 questions then



1. WHY WHY WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? WHY HAS GOD FORSAKEN ME?!!!!!!



2. at what point do i use a CD key? i think maybe it wants a CD to validate that i didnt steal this free game? i dont know.. someone help me!

The problems you stuck when you running CS is mostly because you didn't finish downloading because of server traffic. Open steam monitor, you can see it is still updating. The only way to solve those problems is to open steam and let it updating and find another thing to do. Note that open "Automatic update" in the property of the game.
