Nope, when you try to add CS or any of the games it fires up a wizard and it asks for a CD key. On this machine I used my Half-Life CD key and it unlocked everything. On the girlfriend's machine I used the newly-purchased-just-for-this-reason DoD CD key and it wouldn't unlock CS. Wouldn't unlock anything except DoD. And DoD is the only thing that will load, obviously, because it is the only game unlocked. Well, besides dedicated server, which requires no CD key to use.

ok is it supposed to take 4 hours to cache your CS files into Steam?

cause if not then I my Steam froze up....

My CDKey is from Blue Shift and it unlocked everything, even DOD. Glad you warned us about it, i was going to buy another CDKey for my brother, i think i'm going to buy another Blue Shift now and stay away from DOD retail.

Alright. Well I inserted my hl cd-key (goty) and now HL & cs are their usual icons. The others... well their are grayed out (actually greened out). Does this mean that they are not unlocked? Cause it wanted to download 350 mb before. But I checked all the games boxes when I inserted the cd-key. Oh well I'll just leave it alone & it'll heal itself up :)

Took 2 hours start to finish last night to download/install/start playing. Sorry to hear the wait seems longer today (guess it was worth it to stay up late last night)



I too am bummed about no bots - was anyone aware of this before the release?



Lastly, all my buy scripts are screwed (the ones that worked in 1.6beta). Anyone know a fix? Is it because of the weapon name changes?

Oh man, that's the longest part. When I started it said 1800 minutes last night!!! Turned out to only take about 45 minutes though.
